Job Description:

Under close supervision of the President, conduct macro and micro level market research on local and regional food and beverage industry market conditions, competitors, potential customer demographics, patron preferences, new restaurant concepts and consumer trends. Compile research findings and analyze new store opening possibility and profitability, as well as evaluate existing service markets in an effort to maintain and increase company profit. Develop clear presentations, proposals, statistical reports and graphical illustrations using Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite for senior management and potential investors from Japan. Prepare reports and presentations of findings for review by parent company for consideration of expansion and new developments.
