Seiki Takahashi, CEO
A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis' School of Business, USA, Seiki Takahashi worked for seven years from 1986 in the fixed income division of Morgan Stanley in Tokyo. He subsequently served as Chief Investment Officer at Cornes & Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong, a private investment holding company for one of Hong Kong's wealthiest families. After more than three years at Cornes & Co., Seiki returned to Tokyo where, from 1995, he represented several hedge fund companies involved in venture capital and private equity investment, before establishing PJ Partners, Inc. in 2001. Seiki speaks fluent Mandarin.

Yasuki Tanaka, Executive Director
From 1984, Yasuki Tanaka worked in the consulting and planning division of LCA-Japan Co., Ltd. In 1992, he became a director of Venture Link Co., Ltd, a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company, where in 1996 he took on the position of Chief Investment Officer, providing support in the company's success in going public. He subsequently became CEO in 2001, and chairman in 2003. Following more than a decade with Venture Link, Yasuki spent several years as chairman of Golf Partner Co., Ltd, then as senior managing director of Hokka-Hokka Tei Sohombu Corporation, and Chief Investment Officer of Universal Solution Systems Inc. before becoming a director of PJ Partners, Inc. in 2010. Yasuki is also managing director of PJ Partners Shanghai and is currently based in Shanghai overseeing our business in China.
Yoshiki Sasaki, Non-executive Director
A graduate of Kyoto University with a Bachelor's degree in Precision Engineering and a Master's in Systems Engineering, Yoshiki Sasaki spent the early part of his career in positions at SRI International and Hitachi, Ltd, before joining Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd. (JAIC) in 1990. From 1996, Yoshiki served as executive director of JAIC and was responsible for international operations, managing 16 different funds and overseeing major deals such as Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia, Banyan Tree Hotels, Alibaba.com and Saigon Securities. Until 2008, he was senior managing director and chairman of the company's corporate investment committee for buyout, secondary and distressed investments. Today, Yoshiki Sasaki is president and CEO of JAIC Seed Capital. He has been a non-executive director of PJ Partners for more than 8 years.
